My week has to fit my own business, two boards and the angel community. What makes room for all of it is a set of AI assistants and routines I built for myself.
On 25 November I am running a three-hour workshop with LitBAN where you build the same kind of setup for your own work. The aim is to get back ten or more hours every week by handing repetitive work to AI.
One condition shapes the whole session. You do it without becoming dependent on an AI provider, on their tools or on their pricing. AI should work for you on your own terms.
Most of the three hours goes to building. By the end you are able to hand your everyday tasks to AI and free up hours in your week.
I went through the reasoning behind this on the BRMN podcast: what happens to your processes when a provider switches off the model they were built on, and why routine work can run on a fully private model on your own computer. The episode and notes are here (in Lithuanian).
