Two decades translating between Legal, Business, and Data-IT.

Across two decades and seven sectors, the same patterns keep showing up. The structure is already there. It’s just not visible from inside any single domain.

Portrait of Gintautas

Vilnius, Lithuania · Working with organizations across Europe

I’m a thinking partner for leaders navigating decisions where Legal, Business, and Data-IT all need to be in the same conversation.

Most of the work isn’t producing answers. It’s asking the questions you haven’t been able to ask, naming the patterns you’ve been sensing but couldn’t articulate, and mirroring the structure that was already there in your organization back to you so you can act on it.

The output isn’t a deliverable. It’s your own clarity. You leave seeing your domain differently — and you keep seeing it that way long after our conversations end.

What’s active, right now.

The advisory practice is the centre. Around it: board seats, teaching, mentoring, and angel investing — each one a different vantage point on the same set of problems.

The framework came from the work. The learning gave it a vocabulary.

A physics bachelor, an engineering year, a marketing exchange in Sweden, then a deliberate AI/Data run during COVID, then a master in Business Process Management. The framework itself is a synthesis of two decades across satellite, energy, government, and fintech — the formal study only put words on patterns the practice had already produced.

Sectors and domains across 20 years.

“Seven sectors” is the shorthand. The actual surface area is broader — each role usually covered three or four at once. The pattern recognition comes from that overlap, not from any one of them.

Primary sectors — deep, multi-year

Fintech & payments Government IT (national scale) Satellite communications Data centers Energy & electricity markets E-government services AI & machine learning

Adjacent domains — substantial exposure

AML & financial crime Risk management & compliance Cybersecurity Cloud infrastructure Open data ecosystems Telecommunications Process automation Crisis & continuity Startup ecosystem Angel investing & board work Adult education & mentoring

— the same structural patterns appear in all of them. That recurrence is the whole point.

An introduction.

A 30-minute conversation is how every relationship starts. No proposal, no pitch — just whether the problem and the practice match.
