My Story
I make complex things simple —
without dumbing them down.
20+ years bridging strategy, governance, data, and technology — across 7 sectors, from satellite infrastructure to fintech leadership to national government IT.
I have spent 20+ years moving between worlds that do not naturally understand each other. Satellite infrastructure, government IT at national scale, fintech CEO with 300 people, now advisory and teaching. Different industries, different challenges, same underlying problem: the people making decisions and the people holding the data rarely speak the same language.
I am the person in the room who connects those sides. Not by simplifying away the complexity, but by translating it into something the other side can act on. That is what I built my career doing, and that is what Sitezem Lab does now — for organizations navigating governance, process maturity, and digital transformation.
I also teach. At Turing College I work 1-on-1 with working professionals — career changers, managers, specialists aged 18 to 55+ — helping them develop the same translation skill. I sit on company boards, invest in startups, and mentor entrepreneurs. The thread is always the same: bridging the gap between knowing and doing.
